In the setting of the Alcatraz space, where a table stretches toward infinity and extends as far as the eye can see. A thrilling and intimate invitation to its guests to explore a surprising mise en place based on perfumes. The perfume is served by uniformed staff who will present the olfactory sampling to all those visiting UNSCENT. Perfume that is food for the eyes and the mind, but also for the olfactory senses. A strip with special dishes of fragrances, each one different, and contrasting tones and colours, with an attentive service typical of any worthy Chef.
